Despite its simplicity, the INDUSTRIAL ROTARY AIR LOCK VALVE is an essential component to the efficiency of a conveying system. During operation, the vanes, or metal blades, of a rotary airlock valve rotates. Pockets form within them as they move. The fluid being treated joins the pockets via the inlet port, rotates inside the valve, and then exits via the outlet port. Air is locked between the inlet and outlet ports of the INDUSTRIAL ROTARY AIR LOCK VALVE. All this enables the material to flow downward via the valve from the inlet to outlet port while preventing the flow of air.
